Privacy Policy

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email, business name and town, and whatever you tell us about your business.
• Conversations: the text of messages you send our line and site chat, transcripts of calls, and emails you send us.
• Bookings: the time, and the details you share, when you book a walkthrough.
• Billing, if you become a client: handled by our payment processor; we see the plan and payment status, not your full card number.
• Basic site data: pages visited, browser type and approximate location, used to keep the site working and improve it.

• To answer you, book and confirm walkthroughs, follow up on your request, and serve you as a client.
• To run, secure and improve our service, including reviewing conversations to make our assistant more accurate.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Calls, texts and chats on our line may be answered by an automated assistant, and transcripts are kept so a person can follow up and so we can improve the answers.

If you text +1 970-578-4003, or give us your number and agree to be texted, we send texts about your request: replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Only the service providers that run things on our behalf, and only to provide the service: our phone and texting carrier, our hosting and database providers, our AI model provider, our email provider, our CRM, and our payment processor. They may not use your information for their own purposes. We share information if the law requires it, and never sell it.

We also run AI front desks for our clients. When you call, text or chat with one of those businesses, that business decides how your information is used, under its own privacy policy; we process it on its behalf.

As long as we need it to serve you and meet our obligations. Conversation transcripts are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
