Gambino Paint
Gambino Paint is an interior and exterior painting company in Summit County, Colorado. We built its website, gave it a front desk named Hazel that answers the phone and the site chat, and set up its Themis workspace so every estimate request lands in one inbox.

The result
$70,000 more profit for Gambino Paint since the new site and Hazel went live.
As reported by the owner.
Why they needed it
A painter on a ladder can't answer the phone.
Exterior painting up here runs from June to September, so most of a painter's year is earned in four months, on ladders, with paint on both hands. A call that rings out in July goes to the next painter on Google, and that caller rarely tries twice.
What we built
- A fast website with a page for every service and every town they paint in, written in a homeowner's words
- Hazel, the front desk: answers the business line (970) 636-1568 and the site chat at any hour, asks about the job, and books the walkthrough
- A hand-off to the owner's cell the moment a caller asks for a person
- A free-estimate form and every call and chat feeding one Themis inbox, with an instant reply and a follow-up task
- A blog written from the Themis app, and a Leave a Google review link with their Google reviews shown on the site
How it makes Gambino Paint more money
Every call gets answered, including the ones during a job.
Hazel picks up while the crew is working, takes the address and the scope, and books the estimate. A bid that would have gone to voicemail goes on the calendar instead.
Evening and weekend leads stop going cold.
Homeowners plan projects at night. The site chat and the phone answer then too, and the lead is in Themis with an automatic reply before the owner wakes up.
Found for the town, not just the county.
Each town has its own page, so a search for a painter in Breckenridge or Silverthorne has a page that answers it. More of the right searches land on Gambino instead of a directory.
Reviews turn into the next job.
After a job, the review link goes out from Themis. More recent reviews means a better spot on Google Maps, which is where most local calls start.
How the owner sees it working
Every call, chat and form lands in Themis tagged with where it came from, so the owner can see how many estimates the site and Hazel booked each week, and which of them turned into jobs.
